I mean I know that its "D&D 3rd Ed" and technically what I like about "3rd Ed" is actually "d20 1.1" ... but ... D&D is a created by Gygax, and currently owned by Hasbro.

I think the reason were all here has less to do with "D&D" as it does "D20 ver 1.1" aka D&D 3.5

especially since we don't know what will happen with the d20 logo at all
