Hi everyone!
Has anyone already read this book? What do you think of it?
anything worthwhile to plunder?

Yeah I have it. This book helps to make you future-ready if you want to stick to 3E. I can suggest it, though not all core classes get some love.

Bought, have been reading over it. Some ideas I like, some I didn't, some that are eerily similar to what I've been rewriting on my own. The funny part is that I was thinking the missing class (to make an even dozen) in PHB was an Arcane Warrior of some kind, which would kind of be the Runeblade. BoEM basically confirmed for me that 4e D&D is the worst implementation of actually rather intelligent ideas. Sad isn't it.
I would think that in order to get the full Monte Cook experience you'd need both Arcana Evolved and Iron Heros (which are now on my 3.5 3rd party list to acquire) . I certainly have the intention of plundering some the Disciplines for the Cleric, Wizard, and Druid. I'm not so sure about the 20 level spells, nice idea but doesn't really work with I'm doing in my own rewrites.
The runeblade skill points are kind of interesting, unless it's a typo. (2+Int)x4 at 1st level and 4+Int at subsequent levels. Even if it's a typo it's a very interesting possibility to consider.
